This is my current situation: My car has been in storage for about a 1 1/2 months in my garage, which is fairly cold (apprx. -5 to -10 C). I made sure to have a full tank of gas mixed with stabilizer before storage. Also, the battery had been removed, and trickle charged periodically. Tonight, I wanted to pull the car out onto my driveway and let it warm up for a bit, so that I could remove one of the bolts from the door jam in order to remove one of the fenders. I placed the battery back in and tried to start the car. Now, the engine cranks just fine, and it'll start up. However, it'll reach 1000 rpm, hesitate a lot for about three seconds, and then simply die down (even when giving a little gas). If anyone can advise me as to what to do next, I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks a lot and happy holidays!
